This sauce is easy to make and oh-so-tasty on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, etc.
1/2 c white sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/2 c water
1/2 c blueberries
1-1/2 tsp butter
In medium saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and water. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook 3-4 minutes. Mix in remaining 1/2 c blueberries. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in butter.
