Cranberry Carrots

Cranberry Carrots
Ingredients:
4 cups thinly sliced carrots
2 tbs butter
1 cup raw cranberries (washed)
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp grated orange rind
1 tbs pancake syrup
Directions:
Place carrots and butter in microwave safe casserole dish. Cover and micro at 100% 7 mins, stirring once. Add cranberries, sugar, orange rind, and syrup.
Microwave covered at 100% for 5 mins until carrots are tender, stirring once. Let stand covered 3 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
