Apple Cake 

Ingredients:
1-1/3 c coconut
1/2 c margarine
1 yellow cake mix
Rest of ingredients in directions, below

Directions:
Crumble above together.  Pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Then put 2 cans of apple pie mix on top. Spread evenly. Have 1 c sour cream and 1 egg mixed together. Spread evenly on top of the apples. Have 1 tsp cinnamon and 2 T sugar mixed together and then sprinkle over cake evenly. Bake another 35 minutes.
