Celery Creole Style
3 cups celery, sliced 1 inch diagonally
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp salt
3 tbs butter
2 tbs minced green pepper
2 tbs minced onions
Place celery, stewed tomatoes and salt in saucepan and cover.
Cook over low heat until celery in tender.
Melt butter in saucepan, add peppers and onions and cook until brown.
Add celery mixture and stir well.
Cook until liquid is evaporated
