Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

This makes a filling breakfast (if you get up early enough before family eats breakfast.)
Breakfast Crockpot Casserole
1 pound pkg. frozen tater tot potatoes
1-1/2 c cubed canned ham
1 onion, chopped
1-1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 c milk
Pepper to taste
In greased crockpot, layer ingredients in order: one third of the tater tots, ham, onion, cheeses. Repeat layers two more times, ending with cheeses.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and flour and beat with whisk until combined. Season with pepper to taste. Pour mixture over layers in crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook for 2 hours on HIGH (approx). Final temperature should be 165 degrees. Serves 6.
