Honey Mustard


This seems to be a hit. We use it on hamburgers, salads, sandwiches, etc.


Honey Mustard

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
Horseradish, to taste
1 tablespoons orange juice (more or as needed to get a good consistency)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except orange juice; stir well. Thin to pouring consistency for dressing or dipping consistency with orange juice. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
