Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Ingredients:
2-3 sleeves of Ritz crackers
2 bags frozen chopped broccoli
1-2 cups melted butter or margarine
1 med sized block of Velveeta cheese
Directions:
Crumble crackers in a bowl add melted margarine or butter until moist - set aside
Cook broccoli for 1/2 time directed on pkg. - set aside
Cut up Velveeta cheese in small pieces. - set aside
In casserole dish, add 1/2 the moistened crackers to the bottom then add 1/2 the cheese, then add all the broccoli.
Add remaining cheese and finish off with remaining crackers on top.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 25 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
