Chicken Kabobs (grilled)

Anyone who likes peanut butter will find this Chicken Kabob recipe interesting.
1/3 c hot water
1/4 c barbecue sauce
1/4 c peanut butter, creamy type
1/4 c soy sauce
2 T honey Dijon mustard
l lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in walnut size pieces
1 red pepper, cut in chunks
2 (15 oz) cans, whole potatoes
20 oz can pineapple chunks
1 small zucchini, cut in chunks
In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Brush small amt. onto chicken pieces, enough to cover. Let stand for one half hour.Put chicken and veggies together on skewers. Place skewers on grill for 6”(approx.) Turn and grill another 6”.(Depends on size of chicken pieces).
