My husband has always liked oatmeal for breakfast. This is a little different way to present it every now and then.
1-1/2 c quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Grease 9x9 pan. Turn oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Spread on prepared baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes until edges are golden brown. Immediately spoon into bowls. Top with warm milk, fresh fruit.
