Chicken-Pineapple Sandwich

Chicken-Pineapple Sandwiches

1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 T Dijon mustard
1 (5 oz) can Chunk White Chicken
1 (8 oz) Crushed Pineapple, drained
1/4 c (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c finely chopped pecans
2 T minced onion
3 English muffins, split 

Beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy; beat in mustard. Stir in chicken and next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Spread 1/3 cup mixture on each muffin half. Broil 6 inches from heat source 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned and thoroughly heated. 6 servings
