A friend had served this at a birthday party. I asked for her delicious recipe and have been making it for years now. No mayonnaise is used in this recipe.
2 c elbow macaroni, cooked
1/2 c Italian dressing
1 c celery (fine diced)
3/4 c carrots, shredded
1/2 c green pepper, diced
1/4 c green or black olives, sliced
1 c lite sour cream
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool. Marinate with Italian dressing. Add remaining ingredients. Chill. Delish!
