Left-over turkey casserole

A quick one dish meal and a tasty way to use up some of those Thanksgiving or Christmas left-overs.

Left-over turkey casserole
Serves 4 to 6
Total time 40 minutes

6 to 8 oz of your left-over turkey cut into small cubes
2 cups dressing
1 cup gravy
2 cups peas and carrots or your favorite mixed veggies
2 table spoons mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
Combine all ingredients.
Place in 1.5 quart baking dish
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
