CHURCH PROFILES
Please read steps 1 through 9 before starting the church profile.
The church profile should be completed by the Chair of the Staff Parrish committee. These instructions presume this is the individual completing the profile. If this is not the case for your church, click here to contact your district office for additional guidance.
Step 1
Read through these steps first.
Step 2
Create a username and password using these instructions. If you created a username and password last year you may skip to step 3.
Click the Create credentials link below and enter your email on the Sign In Help page and you will receive an email from Notifications at Florida Conference.
Open the email and click the link in the email to complete your login. On the Create a new account page, enter a Username, a password and confirm the password. Click Submit.
Create credentials and create your username and password. Make a note of your username and password. On future login you will use these credentials to access the profiles.

Step 3
Using the Username and password created above login into the Portal.
Step 4
On the home page of the portal, look in the black menu area on the left and click on Profiles.
Click on the click here to begin link to access the church profile.
Step 5
Click on Church Record, Edit Church Profile and Edit Staff to update and complete the report. Once you are done with a section, click the save button. (You may also save a form at any point while filling it out and return later to complete your profile).
Step 6
To print your entire profile, click Print.
Step 7
Click SUBMIT CHURCH PROFILE when you have completed all 3 sections of your church profile to notify the District Office that your profile is 100% complete. (Many fields require an answer. Required fields cannot be left blank. If you have not answered a required question, after clicking Submit you will be redirected to go back to all required questions before the system will allow you to Submit the church profile). After clicking Submit you can no longer make updates to your profile. Read-only access to your profile will be available through the Print version.

PASTOR PROFILES
Please read steps 1 through 8 before starting the pastor profile.
Step 1
Read through these steps first.
Step 2
Create a username and password using these instructions. If you created a username and password last year you may skip to step 3.

Note: We need a photo for your profile. If your profile does not display your picture you will need to submit one, click here for photo submission instructions.
