Healing from Pain and Trauma workshop Mar. 10


Are you struggling with fear, anger, grief, depression, shame, or a sense of abandonment? You may be suffering from the effects of traumatic events or circumstances in your life.

Do you seek more trust, love, forgiveness, gratitude, peace, and wholeness in your life? This workshop may be for you.

Ms. Kristen E. Vincent, author of the book "Beads of Healing: Prayer, Trauma, and Spiritual Wholeness," will lead a workshop from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, at Christ Episcopal Church, SR 24 & 5th St., Cedar Key, FL.  

Ms. Vincent is a survivor of childhood trauma and will share her own story of spiritual and emotional healing. She is an experienced workshop leader, a member of the United Methodist Church, and a graduate of Duke Divinity School. Ms. Vincent leads workshops on using protestant prayer beads to assist with healing and spiritual growth. She has worked with people suffering from pain and trauma due to many causes, including victims of abuse and soldiers with PTSD. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
