The Rev. Dr. Gary Mason is the founder of Rethinking Conflict. Prior to establishing this organization, Gary spent thirty years of ministry in Belfast, Northern Ireland engaged in peace building among partisan groups. He delivers workshops, seminars and lectures in the areas of social justice, conflict transformation, peace building, reconciliation, racism and sectarianism, community transformation and the role of religion in conflict. http://www.rethinkingconflict.com
