Registration is open for two online classes designed to help church lay members lead prayer and deepen their understanding of communion. The classes are offered by BeADisciple.com and have been approved by United Methodist Discipleship Ministries (formerly the General Board of Discipleship) as advanced courses in lay servant ministries, and continuing education credit is available. The courses start Aug. 24 and continue into early September.
