Register now for Florida Advocacy Days virtual workshopLeadership
Florida Advocacy Days is nearly upon us.
We feel a sense of excitement and urgency to advocate as we continue through the pandemic and look forward to doing this work with you. Children’s Week and the Legislative Session are the first week in February and we are gathering again to advocate state lawmakers and learn.
On Feb. 1 from 10 a.m. until noon, we are hosting “A Morning of Inspiration and Action – The Art of Advocacy, Florida Advocacy Days.”
During this time, you will have a chance to come together in prayer, participate in a panel discussion, hear from experts regarding bill HB6079/ SB762 and we also hope to go live from Storybook Village. All this and much more!
Please CLICK HERE and register to virtually join us on Feb. 1 from 10-noon.
Also, if you have been in contact with your legislator, have a success story or have an advocacy God siting, email us at ConMin@flumc.org and let us know! We know you are working hard and would love to hear from you.
The deadline to register is Jan. 26.
Our work always leaves us changed for the better and has brought meaningful impact to Florida's most vulnerable communities, even though the pandemic.
