Conference news site goes mobile

The new, easier to read mobile site doesn't require image resizing or right-left scrolling.

It is easier than ever to follow Conference news on your mobile phone.

News, blogs, classified, conversations, events, annual conference and access to district web pages, and finding churches and clergy are now formatted for your cell phone’s small screen and easily read.

This big change launched late in 2011, and our Conference website, just like CNN’s or the NBA’s, is mobile phone friendly.  No more left-right scrolling, no more arm wrestling with font size!

Looking for a United Methodist Church while traveling out of Florida?  No problem!  On our mobile site, click on our “Church Locater” button at the top of our homepage, and our unique application will find a church within a 25 mile radius of your location…whether you are in Nome, Alaska—just one United Methodist Church at 502 West Second Avenue—or Lake Junaluska, North Carolina—over 70 to pick from.

Warning, though, the locator only works in the 50 United States!
