We encourage and invite all guests to wear a name badge while attending the Florida Annual Conference Event. Click here for the name badge request.

If you know of someone who will be attending as a guest direct them to https://www.flumc.org/annual-conference-2019 to complete a Guest Name Badge request form before they come to the event.

This will ensure that their guest name badge will be ready for them at Guest Services when they arrive. Guests may have a name badge made on-site at Guest Services during Annual Conference, however they may experience a delay.  

Deadline to request a Guest Name badge online is 5/20/2019.
