Group Meal Agreement

The 2017 Annual Conference will be held at Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa ( on June 8 - 10. There will be pre-conference events on Wednesday, June 7. The address is 1900 E. Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL  32830.  Their telephone number is 866-397-6516.  Those requiring a room at Buena Vista Palace Hotel for their group meals, and those groups planning meals somewhere else are required to submit the Group Meal Agreement form  so we can publish the day and time of each meal function on the Annual Conference webpage. Phone calls and questions regarding your group meal can then be directed to the correct contact person. In order to be listed on the Conference Web-site, we need receive a completed form by April 3, 2017 and have the FLUMC set-up on-line registration.  Attendees will be required to pay in full at the time of registration.  Final dates and time of your meal may need to be adjusted to prevent schedule conflicts.  Registration and payment deadline is May 24, 2017.

Registration and Payments

It is required that all group meal registrations be managed online through the FLUMC office. Please contact Heidi Leab at 863-688-5563, ext. 192 ( Registration will close on May 24, 2017.  All group meals will be included in one online registration form, and participants will register for all of their group meals using this single form.

We will require attendees to pay in full when they register.  The FLUMC will cover the Pay-Pal fees; you will not be responsible for the Pay-Pal fees.  Each group will be responsible for any short falls in the amount of money received.
