Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for this year's Annual Conference Expo. We are excited to open our expo to Florida Annual Conference ministries, non-profits and commercial vendors this year at Florida Southern College.
2019 Annual Conference Vendor Booth Details:
Booths: Each BOOTH will include back and side rail drapes, a 6’ skirted table, and 2 chairs, in a 8’x6’ dimension. Exhibitor may only set up equipment, displays, etc., within this 8’x6’ space. NOTE – Only 53 booths available. You may purchase up to 3 individual booths. No special pricing or discounts for more than one booth. Each booth you purchase is the price above.
- FL Annual Conference Official Ministry: $130 per booth
- Non-Profit Organization: $235 per booth
- Commercial Organization: $340 per booth
Electric: Electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis, at an additional fee of $25. By making this request and paying this fee, vendor will receive priority placement near an electric outlet. Vendor will be responsible for extension cords, etc., to get power to booth.
Additional Items: Please register for these items now as they will not be available on site.
Additional draped table: $30 per
Additional chair: $5 for 1 chair
Set up, Exhibit Hours and Dismantle: Exhibitor agrees to utilize ONLY the setup window for setup and remove all display materials promptly at the takedown time and not before.
Exhibitor Setup: Tuesday, June 4, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Expo Hours: Wednesday, June 5, 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursday, June 6, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, June 7, 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday, June 8, 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Exhibit Breakdown: Saturday, June 8, at 10:00 a.m.
2019 Expo Game:
We have Lost their Marbles and collected school supplies for children; and you won’t want to miss out on all the fun we’ll have with this year’s 2019 Expo Game!
Because this year’s Expo spaces are a little farther off the beaten path, you’re going to want to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with Conference guests AND have lots of fun! Sign up to be given the opportunity to drive traffic to your booth with a special indicator in the Expo Guide PLUS some fun ways to connect with guests. Questions? Expo Guide Advertising:
Want to drive more traffic to your booth during the expo? We will again have a full-color Expo Guide, and you are invited to purchase ad space. You might just want to include your logo, or even a "visit our booth for a special offer/gift!" directive. It's your space to use as you would like!
