Dear Florida Conference Clergy:

I'm writing to invite you to join me as we prepare for our clergy session in June.
 
All clergy are invited to participate in a Zoom gathering on Wednesday, May 10 at 10 AM. The focus of this one-hour gathering will be on preparing for the June 8 clergy session.
 
We know some of you may also want to meet in person with Bishop Berlin for this purpose. An optional in person gathering will take place on Wednesday, May 24 from 10:30 AM to 12 Noon at First UMC in Lakeland. Registration is required for this event. Please click here to register. 
 
Finally, all clergy should plan to attend the clergy session on Thursday, June 8 at 6 PM in Branscomb Auditorium at Florida Southern College. Clergy will need to have an internet connected device (smartphone or tablet) for the purpose of electronic voting.
