The District Superintendent will preside over the charge conference for each church. Each church will have their charge conference at a host church location in their area. The charge conference will last no longer than one hour. 
 
Be sure to bring a completed and signed packet for the District Superintendent. This packet will then be processed by the District Office. Once processed, a scanned copy will be sent to the senior pastor and church office for their files.
