What does that mean? At this Mission study, we renew our sense of what it means to live in a place of wholeness in our families, churches, communities and the earth. We will use a variety of reflective experiences—writing, drawing, remembering and sharing as we explore our sacred personal and corporate responsibilities to those around us. Along the way, we anticipate some lively discussion of current issues, such as climate change, social responsibility, immigration justice and other concerns. At this Mission Study, we share our ideas of how to live faithfully – learning from each other the importance of worship, acts of justice and mercy, being in solidarity with others and seeking happiness. Lastly, together we will develop a covenantal living plan, or rule of life. Come to the 2018 Fall Mission Study. Be challenged to work toward stronger and healthier relationships with creation, your community, yourself, and God. Continental Breakfast ~ Brown-Bag Lunch. Focus is on experiential learning with reflective exercises, team activities, current events discussions and more.
