The volunteer coordinator is a crucial point of contact for all incoming volunteer teams. This person provides the first impression to volunteers and is also responsible for making sure volunteers are welcomed and appreciated. Disaster case management is a time-limited process where a trained Disaster Case Manager partners with a disaster affected individual or family (client) to plan for and achieve realistic goals for recovery following a disaster. Regional Team Lead/Coordinator – Hurricane Irma

Regional Team Coordinator will oversee the recovery for Hurricane Irma on behalf of the FL Conference in their assigned region, directing, assigning and coordinating the work of all FL Conference staff funded by the UMCOR grant. Develop a cohesive working team that partners with each other and the clients to help the clients achieve their recovery goals.
