I'm a 31-year-old contemporary worship leader, church experimenter, creative youth director, program manager, etc., who is looking for work after graduating with an MDiv from Vanderbilt Divinity School this Fall. I am ready to work starting January 2020. I am considering further education while I am working, and am looking for full-time work. I love working on creative teams and collaborating in ministry and have worked in the United Methodist Church and in ministry settings for around 12 years now. See below for the specifics! Supported fellow student pastor from field education cohort in the sudden change of staffing due to a departure from another pastor. Preached based on the lectionary text, organized and visioned with fellow pastors. Experimented with SEEDS model (mentioned below for youth ministry setting) of community development for this aging congregation in transition. Collaborated with other pastors on creating a way for new pastors to transition into a transient student-led model.

Administrative and pastoral support in collaboration with two other pastors. Curated art and litrugy, organized and communicated for production of bulletins based on the lectionary with musicians, laity, and pastors. Preached the lectionary texts when needed. Led worship for the congregation. Helped in worship when needed. Created altar settings. Visioned with pastors.

Field education through Vanderbilt Divinity School. Assigned to work toward a theological perspective on this creative work with media, messaging and mobile solutions toward human empowerment. Worked on visioning, branding, graphic design, and visual modeling for the development of this non-profit. Am now running social media for one of this organizations projects with Wellsprings Journal for clergywomen.

Collaborated with students from a variety of religious traditions and backgrounds for the sake of creating a communal space for worship. Coordinated with and organized among divinity graduate students to produce and execute a service for worship. Coordinated with and collaborated with worship committee and student team to produce the service, litrugy, bulletin, etc. This group is the most diverse I have ever worked with and I have learned so much about facilitating such a space.

Created SEEDS (Strategic Encounters to Engage and Disciple Students) Youth Ministry Cooperative and Curriculum with approval of the district superintendent of the United Methodist Church in the Cookeville district of the Tennessee Conference. Created youth programming where previously nonexistent, thus creating SEEDS Youth Ministry Cooperative. Teach Sunday School, have written curriculum to facilitate Manna and Mercy paraphrase of the Bible through engaging and consistent pedagogy.
