The Financial Secretary / Treasurer is responsible for the financial accounting functions for and working in coordination with the Pine Ridge Fellowship and Pine Ridge Academy. The Financial Secretary/ Treasurer maintains the general ledger and contribution records, is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, contribution records, accounts receivable and assists finance team with budgeting. The Financial Secretary/ Treasurer prepares regular and special request financial reports and attends monthly and annual finance meetings.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Churchteams and Quickbooks experience preferred
A combination of accounting experience, education and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skill and, ability required.
