Church Administrator


Shalimar United Methodist Church is currently recruiting for a Church Administrator. Duties include general management of the church including, but not limited to, financial management, personnel management for lay staff, facility management, supervision of maintenance and custodial staff, office management, legal, and other responsibilities directed by Lead Pastor.  Salary will be based on experience.

Qualifications and aptitudes:
 A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (minimum requirement)
 2 years minimum experience in managerial or administration field
 Experience in budgetary and financial management
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 A strong team player
 Skilled in interpersonal relations, conflict management and computer technology
