Other Service Time
Under the guidance of Pastor Andrea we have had the joy of adding multiple other opportunities for worship. The second Wednesday of every month we have Mid-Week Manna at 6:30 pm. This is a time for meditation, sharing, prayer, and being one with God and spending time with fellow Christians. In December we now have a Blue Christmas - a special service to remember and honor those who have gone on before us to be with the Lord. An opportunity to reach out to the Lord and his comforting arms during the Christmas Season. It helps to find that comfort for the emptiness the loss of a loved one has left behind. Teaching Tuesdays Pastor Andrea is on Facebook at noon for a time of spiritual discipleship. Conversation in Scriptures on Tuesday nights is available via Zoom. This is a great time shared with others in our community, across the state and across the waters. We are able to discuss the Bible and dig deeper into the scripture looking and discussing the meaning. It is a joyful time to be able to spend with others of different cultures to share different views. Youth Sunday is a new program that is off to a roaring success. We are proud of our young people who have lead worship service with guidance as they become a deeper part of the church and become closer to God. There are also other special worship services as planned.
Pastor provides chapel time with the preschoolers each week. Children's sermons are done during the 10:30 service. We have a mission to once again start adult, youth, and childrens Sunday School classes now that the COVID restrictions have been lifted.
