Note: Parents and their young children who may need to take respite from the auditorium may feel free to view the plenary sessions in room B202 (adjacent to the Honeyman Pavilion/Branscomb Auditorium).
First United Methodist is pleased to offer a childcare program for children six weeks through eighth grade Wednesday, June 6, through Saturday, June 9, during the 2018 Florida Annual Conference. Our goal is to provide your children with a program they are excited to attend, while giving you peace of mind to attend Annual Conference worry free.
Childcare is available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and fees include activities, a light breakfast, lunch and snack. Children age 19 months and older may also participate in an optional extended day program on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30-9 p.m. that includes dinner. Please note: If your child has specific dietary needs you will need to provide food to accommodate them. Children should arrive daily with necessary items for the day, and all items must be labeled with their full name.
Children will be separated by age groups. Full details will be provided to registrants via email, including directions to the church, a campus map, drop off and pick up locations, daily schedules, details for off-site outings (if applicable) and a required Medical Release that must be completed before you arrive. Six Weeks – 18 Months – Space is limited, so register early. Rates are $45 per child for Saturday only and $110 per child for all four days.
19 Months – VPK – Rates are $35 per child for Saturday only and $100 per child for all four days. Fees include all activities, a light breakfast, lunch and snacks. There is an optional extended day program Wednesday through Friday from 5:30-9 p.m. for $25 per child per evening (dinner included).
Kindergarten – Fifth Grade in Fall 2018 – Rates are $35 per child for Saturday only and $100 per child for all four days. Fees include all activities (on and off-site), a light breakfast, lunch and snacks. There is an optional extended day program Wednesday through Friday from 5:30-9 p.m. for $25 per child per evening (dinner included).
Middle School (Sixth – Eighth Grade in Fall 2018) – Rates are $40 per child per day. Fees include all activities (on and off-site), a light breakfast, lunch and snacks. There is an optional extended day program Wednesday through Friday from 5:30-9 p.m. for $25 per child per evening (dinner included).
