Annual Conference 2017 ~ Childcare
Wednesday, June 7th- Saturday, June 10th
St. Luke’s UMC is pleased to offer a childcare program during the Florida Annual Conference 2017. Our goal is to provide your children with a program they are excited to attend, while giving you that important “peace of mind” so you can attend the Annual Conference worry free.
We will provide childcare for infants, preschool, elementary and middle school students on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30am until 5:30pm, Saturday from 7:30am until 12:30pm, and an extended day option on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30pm -9:30pm for preschool children and older. Children will be separated by age groups in rooms appropriate for their needs and activities at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, in addition to several outings for elementary and middle school students (Details for offsite outings will be provided at a later date). In order to receive this service you must pre-register by May 10, 2017.
Once we receive your pre-registration information you will then be sent a packet of detailed information (i.e., directions to St. Luke’s, Campus map, drop off and pick-up location, daily schedule, etc.) medical release form via email that will need to be completed before your visit in June.
Light breakfast, lunch and snack will be included in fees. If your child has specific dietary needs you will need to accommodate that and provide food as necessary.
Please send your child with necessary items needed for the day. All items must be labeled with their full name.
- Infant (6 weeks and older) – Toddler (18 months)
$110.00 per child for all four days (Space is very limited)
$45.00 per child for SATURDAY ONLY
- Preschool -5th grade (grade child will be entering in the fall of 2017)
$100.00 per child for all four days includes all activities, light breakfast, lunch and snacks
$35.00 per child for SATURDAY ONLY
- Middle School Students (entering 6th through 8th grade in the fall of 2017)
$40.00 per day includes all activities (both onsite and offsite), light breakfast,
lunch and snacks
$30.00 for Saturday only
- Extended Day Options for Preschool and Older Children
5:30pm-9:30pm includes dinner
$25.00 per evening
There is a $10/child discount when registering 2 or more children. This discount will apply on the Registration Summary page prior to entering your payment information.
ON SITE CHILDCARE:
We are also pleased to provide contact information for a personalized childcare option through Kids Nite Out. This is a private, for profit company which offers 24-hour childcare services in your hotel room for cost. For more information, please visit their website at Kidsniteout.com or contact their office between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (Sun.-Sat.) for services, fees, etc. This option is not affiliated with St. Luke’s UMC or The FL Conference of the UMC.
