Adobe Reader 8

You may now save your PDF's with the data! On our conference website, if you see a form with this stamp on the upper right corner, you may save the form with the data intact. To do this, you need to follow the directions below.

If you already have Adobe Reader 8 Installed
After the new version is installed on your computer, view a form in a Web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox). Use the “Save” button in the Acrobat Reader Tool Bar (this looks like a floppy disk)  to save the form to your computer. All of the information you inputted, as well as the form itself, will be saved for later use. To get back to your form, locate the file on your computer and double click the file. This will open the file in Adobe Acrobat reader and allow you to work on the form.

If you have an older version of Adobe Reader Installed
First, you need to remove any old versions of Adobe Reader from your computer. You can do this by using the built in add/remove software tool in Windows. To do this, click on the “Start” button on a Microsoft Windows platform computer. Then select the “Control Panel” button, and then click on the “Add/Remove Software” button. When that field is populated, select the “Adobe Reader” section, and then select “remove”.

After removing the old version please download and install Adobe Reader 8. You can download the free Adobe Reader program by visiting the.Adobe site.

For more information on how to use Reader 8, please check out Adobe's support page.
