As Cathy Earl, Director of Disaster Response & US Partner Relations at UMCOR - United Methodist Committee On Relief, continues her visit to the Florida Conference, she speaks with Rev. Laura Ice to get an update on how Disaster Response Coordinators, Emergency Response teams, and local churches are responding to Hurricane Irma.
