UMCARES is transitioning to a new program with GBHEM called Passage. At this time, Florida is NOT moving forward with Passage but is launching our own new online application system in Brickriver. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

2023 Applications via Brickriver

Please read steps before you begin.

Step 1: Create credentials and create your username and password. Make a note of your username and password. On future login you will use these credentials to access the profiles.

Step 2: You will receive an email from Notifications at Florida Conference. Open the email and click the link in the email to complete your login. On the Create a new account page, enter a Username, a password and confirm the password. Click Submit. If you do not receive an email, click here for additional guidance.

Step 3: Using the Username and password created above login into the Portal.

Step 4: On the home page of the portal, look in the black menu area on the left and click on 2023 application(s) track that you have been assigned.

Please ensure you are aware of the DCOM and BOM due dates so your material can be submitted on time.
