Our churches have been profoundly affected, and our efforts to recover from the damage have confronted us with unexpected, unprecedented, and wholly new challenges. If the income of your church was affected during the 2004 hurricanes, please review these guidelines and submit the required information to Jean Lehman, CPA. Contact information is included in the procedure letter from Hagen, Streiff, Newton, and Oshiro. Please include your claim file number on all correspondence.
