Maine Party Chicken


Everything is better with bacon!


Maine Party Chicken

Ingredients:

8 boneless chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon
1 jar (4.5 oz.) Beardsley dried beef or 1 small package dried beef
2 cans (10-1/2 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.  Butter a 9 x 13" pan.
Wrap each chicken with 1 strip bacon.  Cover bottom of pan with 1 thin layer dried beef (more would be too salty). Arrange chicken (wrapped in bacon) on beef.  Mix soup and sour cream and spoon on top.  You may cover pan and refrigerate for 24 hours ahead of time, if desired.
Bring to room temperature.  Bake uncovered for 3 hours.
