Clam-Tomato Bisque

Easy supper with crusty bread and salad.

Clam-Tomato Bisque


Combine 1 can of tomato soup (10-1/2 ounces) and 1 can of minced clams (7-1/2 ounces,using the juice of the clams for liquid.) Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Simmer 5 minutes.  Just before serving, add 1 soup can of milk.  Heat but do not boil.
Serves 4.
