I never liked pork growing up. However, after I was married and cooking dinner for two every night, I learned you can only cook so much chicken and beef! This recipe helped me learn to appreciate pork chops as an easy weeknight meal!
Marinated Baked Pork Chops
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
6 pork chops, trimmed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Place pork chops in baking dish, spread with 1/2 of sauce. Bake 30 minutes, turn, and spread with remaining sauce. Then bake 30 more minutes.
