Baked Buffalo Wings


Easy-to-make baked buffalo wings without any breading or frying.


Baked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:

6 lbs chicken wings
Salt & pepper
6 tbsp butter
1/2 c hot sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Separate drumstick from flat section of each wing. Spread wings out on 2 large baking sheets, avoid overlap. Season well on each side with salt & pepper. Bake 40 min. Melt butter over medium heat. Add hot sauce. Transfer wings to a large bowl and toss with sauce. Serve immediately.
