Buffalo Chicken Dip

A weekend favorite for gameday snacking--I always include this in my football party spreads, mostly so I can enjoy it myself!

Buffalo Chicken Dip


2 c diced/shredded cooked chicken
1/4 c cayenne pepper sauce (Frank's Red Hot Sauce)
1 c mayonnaise
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 c crumbled blue cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss chicken with cayenne pepper sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients, except blue cheese. Pour into 1-1/2 qt shallow casserole dish, then sprinkle with blue cheese. Bake 20 minutes uncovered (until bubbling).
