Pumpkin Drop Cookies


I've been making these since my daughter was in kindergarten. She's 43 now!


Pumpkin Drop Cookies
Makes 6 dozen
Preheat oven to 375

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin - 1/2 cup softened butter (1 stick) - 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 cup reg sugar - 1 egg - 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg - 1 1/4 cups flour - 1 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp baking powder - 3/4 cup quick cooking oats (uncooked) -
1 cup chopped pecan or walnuts - 1 cup raisins - 16 oz semi sweet chocolate morsels.

Directions:
Combine butter & sugars.  Add pumpkin, egg and spices.  Beat until fluffy.  Add remaining ingredients.
Drop by tsp onto lightly greased cookie sheets. 
Bake for 12-15 mins.
Cool on wire rack.
