Texas Hash

Ingredients:

1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped fine
2 tablespoons oil
1 lb. hamburger
1 cup canned tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Cook onion and green pepper in oil.
Add hamburger, cook until done.
Add all other ingredients.
Put in large casserole and cover.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
