Slim Gourmet Lazy Cake

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute to equal 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup water

Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a 9 " round or square nonstick cake pan. Stir well. Pour the water, vinegar, and vanilla directly into the pan. Stir with a spoon in a circular motion until all ingredients are well blended. Level the surface with a spoon then place in preheated, 350 degree oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cake spring back gently when presses. Serve hot or cold. Makes one dozen 2 and 1/4  x 3" squares, 92 calories each.
