Pineapple Quick Bread


Low calorie.


Pineapple Bread

Ingredients:

1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup powdered skim milk
1 egg
1 oz. dry enriched corn meal
2 tsp.flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. artificial sweetener

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Combine in blender until mixed but not smooth.  Pour into loaf or muffin pans. Bake 15  minutes.
