Sweet Potato Crisp

Great idea for Thanksgiviing or other gatherings.

Sweet Potato Crisp

1 (40 oz) cut sweet potatoes, drained
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar, divided
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 c chopped apples
2/3 c cranberries
1/2 c flour
1/2 c quick cooking oats, uncooked
1/3 c butter
1/4 c pecans, chopped

Mix sweet potatoes, cream cheese, 1/4 c of the sugar and cinnamon with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Spoon into 1-1/2 quart casserole. Top with apples and cranberries.
Mix flour, oats and remaining 1/2 c sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans.
Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 8.
