These will be gone within minutes of serving them as an appetizer.
Total Time: 45 minutes
12 medium to large mushrooms
2 lb. bulk sausage
2 green peppers
1 large onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup white wine
Clean mushrooms, remove stems. Finely chop peppers and onions. Mix in bowl with sausage. Add garlic salt. In a shallow baking pan add wine and juice from lemon. Add cheese to sausage mixture. Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 3750 until brown.
