Lemony Kale Salad

This salad is healthy, and it tastes good, too!

Lemony Kale Salad
Serves 4
Total Time:  30 minutes

1 bunch of kale
½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
2 avocados, chopped
Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
½ cup radishes, chopped
2 tablespoons kalamata olives, chopped
2 cups cooked onions                        
2 cups cooked quinoa
Optional:  dash of cayenne pepper

Chop kale in a bowl. Add avocado and massage the avocado into the kale. Add other ingredients and mix . . . have a salad.
