Great for tailgate parties and easy to make ahead for holiday gatherings.
7 Layer Dip
Yields 6 cups
Total Time: 20 minutes
1 can (9-10 ½ oz) FritosR brand Jalapeno Bean Dip
1 large ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ cup sour cream
1 package (1 1/8 oz) dry taco seasoning mix
2 large ripe, tomatoes, finely chopped
½ cup sliced black olives
1 can (9-10 oz) Frito-Lay’sR brand Cheddar and Jalapeno Flavored Cheese Dip
½ cup chopped green onions
Spread bean dip in a shallow 2 quart dish. Arrange avocado over bean dip, sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic salt. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix, spread over avocado. Top with a layer of tomatoes and black olives. Spread with cheese dip and sprinkle with green onions.
Yields 6 cups.
