Guacamole


I use the avocados with the black skin (Haas).


Guacamole

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 jar (8 oz) taco sauce
1/2 c chopped onion, small chop
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 box tortilla chips

Directions:
Blend avocado slices, taco sauce, onion, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder in blender. Chill. Serve with chips.
