This is the third Better Than Good Cake and is entirely different from Numbers 1 and 2.
Better Thank Good, Cake 3
1- 18 and 1/2 ounce package of yellow cake mix
1- 3 and 1/2 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces German sweet chocolate (grated)
1- 6 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
In mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water. Add eggs one at a time,beating well after each. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, grated chocolate,
chocolate chips, nuts, coconut. Turn batter into well greased Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until tester inserted into
cake comes out clean. Serves 12-16.
NOTE; Break chocolate into pieces and chop finely or grate in processor for 10-15 seconds.
